I think this is way too extreme.
His 8months preggie wife says he decide what he wants and no one will be able to stop him. As long as he wont turn blind, its ok. He will be doing one eye so if the result lead to blindness, he still have another eye.

Eyeball tattoos are created by an tattoo artist who injects pigment into the eyeball. Ophthalmologists say eyeball tattoos for the purpose of body modification are dangerous and could lead to infection, perforation, hemorrhages or even blindness.

She wanted her figure to maintain this way so she CORSETted herself from age 40+ til now.
She has been wearing corsets 24/7 since then.
Her collection of corsets is over 100.
Her waist is about the size of a REGULAR JAR OF MAYONNAISE

As u can see, She has 'bulky' lower part of body..its becos her intestines make their way for the waist.
She has no health problems from this waist training.
She is on the Guniness World Record btw..
